How to Make a Booking

To make a booking please telephone our head office on 0800 043 2 910 or email bookings@way2glo.co.uk

We will arrange for a consultant in your area to contact you directly. She will then take the details of your booking.

The consultant will then send you confirmation of the booking in writing. To secure the booking you will be asked to send a non-refundable deposit of £30 to our head office.

You will also receive invitations for the party and a prepaid envelope. We will ask you to confirm numbers attending the party by returning this envelope with a cheque equivalent to the number of girls attending x £7.50. (i.e. 8 girls = £60.00). Our head office should receive this cheque 1 week prior to the party.

This fee will not be refunded in the event of fewer guests attending on the day. Should you find additional guests will be attending, 24hours notice would be required, with the appropriate fee forwarded to the company.

This number confirmation cheque is non refundable if a party is cancelled. (Exceptional circumstances will be considered).

Your consultant will telephone you the day before your party, for directions and to answer any last minute queries.

The balance of £50 should be paid directly to your consultant on the day.

In the event of a booking made with less than two weeks notice, it may be necessary for us to ask for the £30 deposit and confirmation of numbers cheque to be paid at the same time.
