Placing an order on this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched within 7 days (any delays beyond 14 days will be notified).
Where possible orders will be dispatched no later than the next working day after they are received (any delays beyond 14 days will be notified).
Orders will dispatched via 2nd class post - in the event of a customer requiring immediate delivery please telephone 0800 043 2910).
Customers must clearly specify delivery address including full post code.
All items except skincare and cosmetic products carry a 14 day money back guarantee providing they are returned unopened, unused and adequately packaged.
Skincare and cosmetic products may only be returned if faulty or damaged (for hygiene reasons).
The customer will bear the cost of any returns but will be reimbursed such costs if the item is being returned as faulty or damaged.
All items will be sent using a 'proof of posting' certificate. Please advice the company should your order fail to arrive within 28 days.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statuatory rights.
