General

Way 2 Glo Girl consultants conduct skin care and make up parties in a competent and professional manner. Our consultants advise on the application of skin care and cosmetic products. Way 2 Glo Girl encourage an 'age appropriate' approach to such products resulting in a natural healthy glow rather than full on glitz and glamour. Our parties are suitable for girls aged between the age of 11 and 18. We feel it is not appropriate for girls aged below 10 to partake in a party.
Parties are conducted in the clients own home or at a suitable venue, which the client must have prior permission to use for such purpose. Our consultant's supply everything needed for a successful party, all we ask is for our clients to provide a suitable height table at which the girls can comfortably sit around.

Conditions / Terms / Consent Forms

We reserve the right to exclude a guest should their behaviour be deemed inappropriate by the consultant. There must be at least one adult in attendance at all times and a consultant will be unable to conduct a party if this adult is not present. All guests must have returned a consent form to the hostess prior to the party. This consent form must be signed by the parent/guardian responsible for that child. The client must return these forms along with the confirmation to head office prior to the party. Way 2 Glo girl reserves the right to exclude a guest taking part if this is not available. If time scale does not permit the return of this form before the party, then it must be made available to the consultant on the day.

Bookings / Cancellations

Bookings may be made by telephone on our free phone number 0800 043 2 910. A client may also request a booking via our website www.way2glo.co.uk or in writing to our head office: Westmount 66 Heathfield Royston Hertfordshire SG8 5BN.
A booking verbal or otherwise requested but awaiting a deposit will be held for 7 days. If a deposit is not received this date will be made available for re-booking. We will always however inform a client that this is about to happen before confirming another booking for that date.
A client may cancel a booking at any time. If this is done more than 1 week prior to the party the client will lose their £30 deposit.
If this cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to the party then all fees paid are non-refundable, this includes the deposit and confirmation of numbers fee.
If a consultant is unavailable to fulfill your booking every effort will be made to find an alternative consultant. If in the unlikely event that this cannot be done the company reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time. This will obviously be done as soon as the company is aware that they cannot fulfill the booking. We will aim to cause the least disruption and disappointment in this situation. In way of compensation Way 2 Glo Girl will conduct a party on an alternative date free of charge.

Our Fees

Way 2 Glo Girl fees are set out in our tariff, this can be found on the website. www.way2glo.co.uk.
If we take a booking that is not covered by a particular consultants area, an additional fee may be charged to cover travelling expenses and time. A client will be advised of the total fee payable at the time of booking.
Our fees are inclusive of the use of equipment and products used at the party. Fees also include goodie bags for the girls, we reserve the right to substitute the contents of these bags for similar but equivalent value products than advertised.
All deposit and confirmation of number cheques should be made payable to Way 2 Glo Girl and sent to our head office within the time limits specified. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of a booking.
The balance is made payable directly to your consultant on the day. This may be by cash or cheque supported by a valid guarantee card.

Client Privacy

Any information held by Way 2 Glo regarding a client or guests is treated as confidential and will not be shared with any 3rd parties. We do reserve the right to use this information to promote relevant products and services to our clients and guests. This information can be removed at any time by writing to our head office.

Rights

All material relating to the Way 2 Glo Girl parties may not be used by anyone other than the company and with permission its consultants. This includes the copying of services, logo, products, printed matter and transmission.

Complaints

We expect a high standard from our consultants who work under our company name but on a self employed basis. They are responsible for their own booking diary. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with their service you should inform our head office immediately. Your complaint will be dealt with efficiently and we will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
All our consultants are public liability insured and the products that we use comply with all u.k standards. Our consultants operate within strict hygiene procedures.
All persons taking part in the party must advise us of any allergies that may affect the use of products. Any person suffering from ailments, infestations or viruses must inform the company prior to the party and may be refused inclusion.
Liability cannot be taken for any reaction or injury sustained whilst using the equipment and products. Care is taken to ensure the safety of our guests but it is a client's responsibility to the guest for hazards and dangers in the home or venue we attend.

In this Privacy Policy references to "we" and "us" are to Way 2 Glo Ltd. also trading as Way 2 Glo Girl

What information we collect and how

The information we collect via this website may include:

  • Any personal details you type in and submit, such as name, address, email address, etc.
  • Your IP address (this is your computer's individual identification number) which is automatically logged by our web server. This is used to note your interest in our website.
  • Your preferences and use of email updates, recorded by emails we send you (if you select to receive email updates on products and offers).
  • Session information stored in cookies, these do not include any personal information and are used to ensure the correct data is extracted from the database when using our interactive systems.
  • Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code.

What we do with your information

Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used:-

  • To process your order, to provide after-sales service (we may pass your details to another organisation to supply/deliver products or services you have purchased and/or to provide after-sales service);
  • To comply with legal requirements.
  • In certain cases we may use your email address to send you information on our other products and services. In such a case you will be offered the option to opt in/out before completing your purchase.
  • We may need to pass the information we collect to other companies for administrative purposes. We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use our site and issuing our e-mails for us. Rest assured that third parties will not be allowed to use your personal information for their own purposes.

Your rights

  • You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by emailing privacy@way2glo.co.uk or by writing to us at our customer services address below. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations.
  • You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us at the following address, enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to Way 2 Glo to cover our administration costs:-
